About the programme
Grow your business. Show its potential.
RED Group Capital is opening applications for companies that already have a real product or service and want to take the next step in their growth.
After an initial selection, we will choose a limited number of companies to take part in a two-month Growth Program. Once it ends, RED Group Capital will assess the participants and may offer an investment to up to 3 companies.

What is the Growth Program?
Over two months, we will work side by side with the founders on the most important questions and challenges facing the business.
The focus will not be on general theory, but on the specific situation of each company.

Investment
After the programme: an investment opportunity
The Growth Program is the core of the initiative. At the end of the programme, RED Group Capital will assess the participating companies and the results of the two months of work.
Up to 3 companies may receive an investment of up to €100,000 in exchange for equity. The decision will depend on the company’s potential, the team, the results, the business model and the opportunity for a long-term partnership.
Taking part in the Growth Program does not guarantee an investment. Investment terms are set individually.
Requirements
Who can apply?
- A registered company.
- At least 12 months of real activity.
- A real product, service, MVP or working prototype.
- At least one founder working full-time on the business.
- Ambition and real potential for the next stage of growth.
- Readiness to take an active part throughout the two months of the programme.
Focus
Who are we looking for?
We are not looking for perfect companies, and we are not limited to a specific industry.
We are interested in the founders, what they have built so far, the market and the potential for the business to grow significantly.
Revenue and customers are a plus, but we will look at every application as a whole.
